Well we've opened our dream Bagel Bar in Bournemouth at last - on 6th of April 2009 we opened the doors at 57 Westover Road, Bournemouth to crowds of Bagel fans so they could sample the delicious bagels we've been making for the last nine months - smoked salmon and cream cheese, lemon heaven - lemony chicken in a mayo sauce, angel bagels - mozzarella, pesto and sun dried tomatoes served in a selection of yummy freshly baked bagels. The transformation of the shop from an art gallery to a posh bagel bar complete with chrome black stools and kitchen area has taken about six weeks to complete. paul and I have worked so hard but the response has been amazing from friends and family who have been wonderfully supportive. We anticipate that Bournemouth residents will be working our way through our menu as they sample what's on offer.
There's also going to be home made cakes and tray bakes as well as drinks, italian coffee and chocolate and crisps. Roll on the summer!
